St. Thomas Outlaw RLL Conference Event

Remember, the evening before the conference, on Friday, January 25, the students of OutLaw at the University of St. Thomas Law School are inviting members of the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association and of their counterpart student organizations at all Minnesota law schools to join them for a pre-conference reception! This event was last held in 2006, and was a great success. State Sen. Scott Dibble (a St. Thomas alum) will speak, and another to be announced speaker. Please plan to attend!

“Advertising” opportunities in the MLBA newsletter!

Looking for a chance to get word out to MLBA members and friends? At its June meeting, the MLBA Board approved an advertising” policy for use on a trial (six-month) basis. For now, the policy contemplates free announcements of such things as job openings, available office space, and other law-related matters other than simple advertisements of services. This opportunity is available to MLBA members only. For more information, click here: http://www.mnlavbar.org/membership.htm
